Elkhart Horse auction is family owned and operated, my husband David
and I have owned the auction for the past three years. We
strive to honor the Lord in all that we do, so that He can
receive all the honor and glory. We try our best to
provide a place where the whole family can come, there is
always something for everyone. There is a cafe on

At Elkhart
Horse Center, we start checking in horses at 10:00 a.m.
and we don't close until we finish
the auction. We accept new and used saddles, and
we auction off things on the outside as well. This
includes anything that is considered outdoor in this industry such
as trailers, hay equipment, tractors, horse walkers, farm equipment
and ATVs. The sales items differ each week. About our
Auctioneer Melvin Chapin is one
of "the best of the best." Our owner has never heard anyone better
than him. He is easily understood, very clear, very entertaining,
and knows where the bids are. Not only is he effective as an
auctioneer, he is also funny. He is 1/2 auctioneer and 1/2
comedian. |

Our family believes in the literal Genesis account of creation, a universal flood, the triune God, the deity of Jesus Christ, a literal and burning Hell, salvation exclusively by grace through faith apart from works, the eternal security of the believer, the priesthood of every believer, love as the motive for all true worship and service, holiness and godly separation by all believers, baptism by immersion of believers only, the local and visible Church, closed communion, and the literal and premillennial second-coming of Jesus Christ. Our family does not embrace evolution, secular humanism, all forms of salvation from sin's penalty by works, the Charismatic movement, all forms of universal Church theology, and any Church to be illegitimate that was founded by anyone other than Jesus Christ during His personal ministry. |
